Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, unless a product is not in stock. When a product is not in stock it may take an additional 5-7 days to process.

Warranty/Returns
All
of
the Flexifly™
Supports
are
guaranteed for
one year
from date
of purchase
against defects
or breakage
under normal
conditions, this
warranty applies
to the
polypropylene plastic
itself and
not the
cushions or
insoles (wear
and tear).
Like most
custom made
orthotics, our
arch supports
may feel
unusual at
first. The
initial discomfort
is a
result of
the support
elevating and
supporting the
foot. This
usually goes
away in
a few
days but
for some
people with
flat feet(over-pronation)
it
may take
a little
bit longer
(two or
three weeks
more).
(Note:
There
are no
returns on
Children's Flexifly
Supports only size exchanges.
There
are
no Returns
on any
HI-Tech Supports,
HiTech Supports
are semi-custom
and cannot
be returned.
There are
absolutely no
returns on
custom supports.
Custom
supports
are created
specifically for
that individual
and cannot
be accepted
as a
return. )
NOTE: ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING
FEE PLUS SHIPPING EXPENSES.
To
receive
credit,
a
return
must
be
accompanied
by
an
R.M.A
number
that
can
be
obtained
by
sending
an
e-mail
to
support@supportyourfeet.com.
Any
package
received
without
an
R.M.A.
number
will
not
be
accepted,
returned
to
the
sender
and
no
credit
will
be
issued
for
that
return.
Shipping
and
handling
fees
are
non
refundable.
SupportYourFeet.com
reserves
the
right
to
evaluate
and
authorize
each
return
on
an
individual
basis.
Any
supports
that
are
returned
within
the
30-day
cut
off
date
and
show
excessive
wear
(scratches
and
use)
will
be
denied
credit
and
returned
to
the
sender.
There
are
absolutely
no
returns
on
custom
supports.
Custom
supports
are
created
specifically
for
that
individual
and
cannot
be
accepted
as
a
return.
If
any
item (excluding
custom supports
and semi-custom)
does not
meet your
satisfaction, you
may return
it, within
30 days
of purchase,
for exchange,
merchandise credit
or refund
of the
purchase price,
less a 15% restoking fee and
shipping expenses.
Please include
a printout
of the
e-mail receipt
you received
when you
ordered online
or a
copy of
the sales
receipt that
you received
with your
purchase and
indicate the
reason for
the return
of the
item on
the bottom
section of
the order.
